Riverwalk under construction!

New photos from the Riverwalk site show the project taking shape.

Riverwalk is a compact "pocket neighborhood" of 13 cottages, featuring 10 newly constructed homes and 3 historic rehabilitations in Concord, MA. This community of Net Zero possible homes was carefully designed by DPA with systems that will enable energy-conscious residents to have all of their daily energy needs met by renewable, on-site solar collection.

Half of this unique 3.7 acre site will be preserved open space with community gardens, shared green space, a community pavilion and access to the nearby river and nature trails.
